To support this commitment, we have established our Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as Anti-Corruption and Integrity Policies. These documents, together with other Company policies, are intended to provide general guidance and the principles that guide our daily activities.

This Code applies to all individuals and companies within the V.tal Group, regardless of position or role, as well as to all third parties that maintain relationships with V.tal.

With our suppliers and business partners in mind, we have also created a Third-Party Code of Ethics and Conduct, containing important concepts and guidelines for working with V.tal.

Confidential Channel of V.tal

Have you witnessed, identified, or become aware of any conduct that does not comply with our Code?

V.tal provides this Channel for reporting violations of applicable laws, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and other group policies, as well as for raising any concerns involving our people and operations. The Channel is managed by an independent third-party company, and reports may be submitted anonymously.

If the reporter chooses to identify themselves, V.tal will take all necessary measures to preserve confidentiality and ensure protection against retaliation for good-faith reports.
